We were recently advised by the Board of Directors for Kincardine Scottish Festival & Highland Games that they will not be holding a Highland Dancing competition this year. This decision was made due to “cost and site planning issues” – specifically the need to replace the stage and associated costs of doing so.
We are deeply disappointed with this turn of events and will continue conversations with the Kincardine Board to hopefully see a return of the Highland Dancing competition in future years.
